Was also responsible for constant analysis and improvement of the company's processes and its teams performance, setting up and ensuring the completion of roadmaps and release schedules, as well as communicating with publishers, stakeholders and other external partners. Represented the team at BIG Festival 2023 by pitching Wheel Stars, Izyplay's most ambitious project at the time, to an international cast of juries, leading to the Brasil Direct - Best Pitch Award at the festival.
